Divine Kinks & Kurls Policies

At our salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Divine Kinks & Kurls experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

• Late or No Show Appointments - A 15 minute grace period is allowed for appointments. Anything later will require a reschedule and a $30 late cancellation fee charged to card on file.

​

• Hair Prep - Natural Hair must be combed and detangled prior to appointment. If detangling takes more than 10 minutes, a $35 detangling fee is required and added to your service total.

​

• Kids 10+ can be serviced as long as they are comfortable in a chair for the duration of their service 

​

• All new client color appointments require consultation prior to booking!  Must be done in person only. Consultation price is the deposit, which goes towards your service total.
